APPLICATION
How To Apply
Students who are eligible to receive the Lion Den Scholarship can begin submitting their application on June 1st.
To apply, eligible students must download and fill out a copy of the LDS Application Form and LDS Applicant Volunteer Hours Form, and complete a 2-5 page essay using one of the application essay prompts. Two (2) letters of recommendation will also be required to be submitted with all application documents.
To submit, applicants must email all the required documents in one message to applications@liondenscholarshiphi.org
